Mr. Panagiotis Vlachos specialises mainly in the areas of tax law and of administrative law. His principal specilisation in litigation issues lies with the procedure applicable before the Greek administrative Courts when judging on grounds of legality. He has also much working experience with administrative compniance in various areas of law.

Mr. Vlachos was born in Livadia, Greece, in 1995. He has studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, (LL.B., 2017). He is currently a trainee attorney at the Thessaloniki Bar since 2017 and is expected to be admitted as a Dikighoros (attorney-at-law in Greek law) in 2019.

Mr. Vlachos aims to obtain an LLM degree in Tax Law in 2020. Besides Greek, his native language, he is fluent in English and possesses also good knowledge of Spanish and restricted knowledge of French.
